We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage the sales, marketing, and distribution of our products to retail stores and outlets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring timely delivery and visibility of our products across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective retail stores within an assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability, proper display, and brand visibility.
Execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product activations to drive sales.
Identify new sales opportunities and retail locations for product placement.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company pricing and policy guidelines.
Manage and track distribution logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or retail sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with assigned territory and local retail landscape is an advantage.
