Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while aligning HR practices with the business objectives of the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Advise management on organizational development and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-company or group structure.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
