Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Group Executive Team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communication, and critical documentation, ensuring the executive’s time is optimized and priorities are efficiently managed across the group’s diverse business interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track action items from meetings and follow up on deliverables.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Organize corporate events, board meetings, and business reviews.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably in a group or multisector environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Discretion, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
