Job Responsibility
- Ensures collation of journals from all Head Office schedule officers for timely reporting in the trial balance.
- Reviews all journal entries to ensure correctness and accuracy.
- Post respective journal entries into the Head Office General Ledger.
- Reconciles all HQ books of accounts prepared by the scheduled officers.
- Ensures accurate and timely submission of HQ monthly accounting reports and Trial Balance.
- Performs other functions as assigned.
