This role ensures the timely review and reconciliation of the company’s head office transactions to produce an accurate and complete HQ financial returns.

Job Responsibility




  1. Ensures collation of journals from all Head Office schedule officers for timely reporting in the trial balance. 

  2. Reviews all journal entries to ensure correctness and accuracy. 

  3. Post respective journal entries into the Head Office General Ledger. 

  4. Reconciles all HQ books of accounts prepared by the scheduled officers. 

  5. Ensures accurate and timely submission of HQ monthly accounting reports and Trial Balance. 

  6. Performs other functions as assigned.
