Job Purpose

• The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, development, and execution of diverse construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and sustainable delivery. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide site teams and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

As a Senior Civil Engineer at ICS Outsourcing, you will:

• Oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of construction projects (large and small scale).


• Conduct thorough on-site investigations and utilize data analytics to inform planning and decision-making.


• Evaluate project risks, determine material needs, and estimate costs to ensure sustainable project execution.


• Supervise site investigations and construction activities, including foundation and piling works.


• Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site issues and implement innovative engineering solutions.


• Track project milestones, generate detailed reports, and maintain communication with stakeholders.


• Ensure equipment functionality and regulatory compliance on all construction sites.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience

• BSc/MA/HND in Civil Engineering (minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit).


• 7 – 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, preferably within a geotechnical engineering firm.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and leadership skills.


• High attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility.


• Practical experience in piling foundation projects and site supervision.


• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.


• Sound knowledge of construction design, utility design, grading, site layout, and erosion control.


• Understanding of regulatory processes and engineering approvals.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Must hold a valid Professional Engineering License.
