Job Summary



The facility manager will oversee company buildings, infrastructure operations, and maintenance in Lagos and Sagamu. The role ensures the safety, compliance, functionality, and aesthetics of the company’s physical environments



Job Details




  • Develop and implement facility management programs, including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements.

  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs with contractors and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and service providers for facility-related operations.

  • Supervise security, janitorial, and engineering staff.

  • Monitor utility usage and sustainability practices.

  • Facilitate relocation, renovation, and expansion projects.



Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.

  • Professional Certification: IFMA or similar certification is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in facility management with multi-site responsibility.
