About the Role

• This is a 6-month paid opportunity for graduates seeking first-hand professional experience to further improve their skills, and build expertise in their various fields.


• The role involves ensuring that our clients have a seamless support experience over the phone, live chat, and emails. This includes handling incoming issues and working with other teams to troubleshoot problems
