Job Objective
- To ensure prompt and accurate accounting documentation, and report in a fast-paced environment, while delivering value to clients and the organization.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Report on the status of accounts.
- Analyze all financial activities and contribute to the organization’s financial efficiency.
- Prepare incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Manage the accounts of the organization and clients.
- Analyze financial statements and work with the strategy team on financial model development.
- Work with the admin team and manage petty cash.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Economics (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications are added advantage
- 2 – 3 years of work experience (proven work experience as an account officer).
- Male for gender balance.
- Must have a sound knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
- Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
