Job Objective




  • To ensure prompt and accurate accounting documentation, and report in a fast-paced environment, while delivering value to clients and the organization.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities




  • Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements.

  • Report on the status of accounts.

  • Analyze all financial activities and contribute to the organization’s financial efficiency.

  • Prepare incoming and outgoing invoices.

  • Monitor financial transactions.

  • Manage the accounts of the organization and clients.

  • Analyze financial statements and work with the strategy team on financial model development.

  • Work with the admin team and manage petty cash.



Job Requirements




  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Economics (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications are added advantage

  • 2 – 3 years of work experience (proven work experience as an account officer).

  • Male for gender balance.

  • Must have a sound knowledge and competency in accounting principles.

  • Must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.

  • Good people management skills and ability to multitask.

  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
