Responsibilities




  • Check and confirm the conditions of the new received vehicles

  • Inform the workshop for any maintenance that should be performed

  • Update the “vehicle report” list.

  • Inspect periodically the vehicle conditions.

  • Prepare the transfer form and send it to receiving destination.

  • Archive al the related documents for transfer and distribution vehicles.

  • Communicate with GPS service provider (NavLeb) to install GPS and introduce new vehicles to system.

  • Track and monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking system on daily basis.

  • Fill on “Service Request Form” changed spare parts.

  • Follow up with the designated employee on the generator due time for service.

  • Prepare Waybills of each spare part transfer.

  • Make sure that all transfers are reflected on system.

  • Issue “Fuel Receipt” to drivers to replenish vehicles at workshop’s fuel station.

  • Maintain fuel replenishment tracking sheet.

  • Compare the actual vehicles' fuel consumption with average consumption.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with 1 - 4 years of work experience.
