Develop market and competitive analysis, pricing schedules, forecasts, promotional plus advertising requirements.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels i.e social media and physically (road shows, sales events, trade shows etc.)
Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing activities
Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on sales and marketing-related matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5 - 7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in FMCG Industry.
Track record of building successful sales strategies from the ground up.
