Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee all aspects of property(s) operations, including front desk, housekeeping, guest satisfaction, and maintenance.

  • Guest Verification, Communication, Booking Management, Maintenance

  • Prompt and mely response to inquiries on the property, check-in procedures, and local recommendations.

  • Managing bookings by coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and any adjustments to guest reservations in a smooth and seamless fashion.

  • Addressing guest concerns by promptly resolving any issues or complaints during a guest's stay.

  • Providing a welcoming and positive guest experience, this can include creating welcome packs, offering local ps, and ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. 

  • Arranging cleaning services by coordinating professional cleaners to maintain the property during and between guest stays.

  • Organizing property maintenance by liaising with service providers for repairs and upkeep, such as plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping. 

  • Ensuring guest readiness by verifying that the property is clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for guests.

  • Conducting property inspections by regularly checking the property for potential issues and ensuring high-quality standards. 

  • Managing inventory by ensuring sufficient cleaning supplies and other amenities are available for guest use.

  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations by understanding and adhering to any relevant permits, licenses, and regulations for short-term rentals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure high quality service standards.

  • Manage budgets, inventory, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability through cost control and revenue generation.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positve and productive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain the physical condition of the property(s), ensuring all facilities are well maintained at the highest standard, and operational. 



Qualifications and Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of experience.
