About the Role:




  • We’re seeking driven Sales Associates to grow our footprint in Lagos clusters. You’ll be responsible for onboarding customers, validating their information (KYC), activating their first orders, and driving repeat business. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines relationship management, sales strategy, and on-field support to meet growth targets.  



Key Responsibilities:




  • Onboarding & Activation: Introduce new customers to Radease, complete KYC, and secure initial orders.  

  • Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships, support repeat orders, and gather valuable feedback.  

  • Order Placement: Assist customers by placing accurate orders via the Radease app.  

  • Cluster Sales Growth: Expand sales within assigned areas, driving consistent growth.  

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain stock levels.  

  • Market Insights: Share customer and market feedback to inform strategy and improve services.  



Qualifications:




  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or any healthcare related field.  

  • Sales experience, ideally in healthcare/Pharma products.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
