What You’ll Do:

• Work with the facility manager in supervising day-to-day facility operations


• Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other assets in the facility.


• Ensure building systems and services run efficiently


• Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated.


• Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-site.


• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers


•  Support in routine inspections, reporting, and maintenance planning


• Work with the Facility Manager on special projects-related duties such as office construction and refurbishments, and contractor/ vendor bidding processes.


• Drive service excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety, and sustainability activities.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Estate Management, or Building Technology 


• A recent graduate or entry-level professional (0–1 year experience)


• A fast learner with a keen eye for detail


• Strong communication and people skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) is required


• Excellent organizational skills


• Ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiative


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
