JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to à la carte menu orders.


• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, following recipes and quality standards.


• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.


• Decorate and present pastries attractively to meet customer expectations and brand standards.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry preparation area and ensure food safety compliance.


• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering or restocking as needed.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of pastry items.


• Innovate and contribute to the development of new pastry recipes or seasonal specials.
