Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.


• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.


• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.


• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.


• Maintain and update employee records, payroll information, and HR databases.


• Lead performance appraisal processes and support management in workforce planning.


• Advise senior management on HR matters, including organizational development and employee engagement.
