Job Summary:



At Transsion, we are driving digital innovation across Africa, South Asia, and other emerging markets. As a User Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in acquiring, retaining, and engaging users across our digital product ecosystem (including mobile apps, services, and platforms). You’ll design and execute strategies that drive rapid user base growth while ensuring strong activation and retention rates.



Basic Requirements




  • Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for those majoring in Nigeria Marketing.

  • Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in user growth-related roles, with a preference for candidates who have successful experience in both online and offline brand user growth.



Professional Skills Requirements




  • Market and User Research: Capable of conducting local market research and understanding user needs.

  • User Growth Models and Strategies: Familiar with common user growth models and proficient in applying various user growth methods, including online acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement, and viral growth. Also, possess the ability to conduct offline ground promotions and event measurements.

  • APP Feature Understanding: Ability to collect and propose in-app user experience optimization suggestions from a user growth perspective and drive new feature upgrades.

  • Offline Event Planning: Strong copywriting and creative planning abilities to design and execute precise marketing activities based on brand positioning and user needs.

  • Data Analysis: Data sensitivity and analytical skills to uncover user needs, identify growth opportunities, and optimize growth strategies through data analysis.



Comprehensive Quality Requirements




  • Execution: Ability to provide quick feedback and efficiently advance projects.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Capable of working closely with multiple departments, such as product, marketing, and offline stores, to coordinate resources and drive user growth initiatives.

  • Innovative Thinking: Keen awareness of new marketing trends and the ability to continuously explore and experiment with new user growth methods.



Preferred Conditions:




  • Experience in jumia, jiji, palmpay, opay, uber, bout, etc.

  • Brand Marketing Experience + Successful Case Studies + Strong execution ability.
