Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer payments and issue receipts using a POS system.


• Greet customers, process orders, and manage takeout/delivery payments.


• Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.


• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally.


• Keep the cashier station clean and organized.


• Assist in order packaging and customer service when needed.


• Report shortages or inconsistencies in transactions to the supervisor.
