Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across assigned client sites to ensure service delivery meets company standards.


• Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas requiring special attention and ensure cleaning tasks are completed effectively.


• Prepare and manage cleaning schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing for each site.


• Train new and existing cleaning personnel on standard operating procedures, use of cleaning equipment, safety practices, and customer service.


• Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and supplies, and coordinate timely restocking.


• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, job completion, complaints, and corrective actions.


• Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all job sites.


• Report equipment breakdowns or maintenance needs and follow up on repairs.


• Support recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff as needed.
