Support the daily office procedures and ensure marketing activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Assist clients on receiving samples, sorting and confirming receipt of samples.
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies for laboratory services to meet organizational objectives, to gain external clients, assisting the laboratory head and person in-charge in conducting seminars and workshops that involve clients, stakeholders, and government agencies
Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Job Description
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company services.
Conduct marketing through client visits and meeting with the coordination to laboratory head.
Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
Conducts marketing surveys on current and new concepts.
Prepare marketing activity reports on a daily basis.
Taking the lead on marketing activities, scaling the current efforts and establishing more marketing activities throughout the industry that will be supporting and driving current and new scales strategies
Working knowledge of Analytical Instrumentation e.g. XRF, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, CSA, AAS, Satmagan, Davis Tube.
Foster a culture of teamwork by ensuring the laboratory service is aligned to the customer requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and work to tight deadlines.
Perform task on own initiative in compliance with previous instruction, company policies, procedures and practices
Perform other functions as required and directed.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Marketing, SLT, Indutrial Chemistry or any related field
3 - 5 years of experience in marketing especially with Laboratory Equipment
Ability to communicate effectively
Customers management.
