Job Description







  •  The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration by generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and executing regional sales strategies in assigned territories (Benin & Warri). This role is crucial in supporting ReelFruit’s expansion objectives and ensuring visibility and product performance in the field.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Prospecting & Lead Generation




  • Identify and research potential clients within assigned territory.

  • Qualify leads and determine conversion potential.

  • Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan to attract new clients.



Relationship Building & Account Management




  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.

  • Manage accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.



Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise




  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of ReelFruit’s products and offerings.



Sales Calls & Presentations




  • Conduct effective discovery calls and in-person presentations.

  • Handle objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on closing deals.



Sales Strategy Implementation




  • Execute strategic sales plans as defined by the Sales Manager.

  • Gather feedback from clients and analyze competitor activity to refine sales tactics.



Performance & Reporting




  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.



Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements




  • HND/B.Sc./B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using data

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused

  • Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic

  • Proficient in reporting and performance tracking
