Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
