Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
- Support and/or project manage the execution of cyclical Total Rewards operations including but not limited to: benefits open enrollment, compensation structure maintenance, annual compensation review, and Total Reward surveys
- Research and respond to inquiries with prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Serve as a thought partner and subject matter expert on total rewards matters for their HR Team and employees
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Total Rewards systems and structures
- Partner with key stakeholders, and vendors to troubleshoot system/data issues in a confidential, time-sensitive manner
- Ensure accurate data and adherence to total rewards policies and practices through ongoing analysis and audits
- Design and execute business processes that impact employee’s total rewards, often in partnership with key stakeholders
- Liaise with brokers, carriers and vendors
- Assist in vendor management through reviewing reports, participating in performance meetings, and ensuring compliance with plan provisions; design “dashboards” to analyze benefits performance
- Train and share knowledge with HR Team partners who deliver direct-to-staff and manager support and service
- Execute total rewards programs communication strategies during open enrollment, annual compensation review, and other program rollouts
- Administer Total Rewards initiatives (Milestone, Wellness, TR Roadshow, etc.)
- Maintain other internal communication resources to ensure current program offerings
- Support HR Team where required with various projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Total Rewards / Compensations & Benefits role.
