Key Responsibilities
Teach a range of college-level English courses including composition, literature, and academic writing.
Develop engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and promote critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, presentations, and exams.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning.
Mentor and advise students on academic-related matters.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed or BA) in English, Literature, Rhetoric, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Secondary level.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to teach and connect with a diverse student population.
Familiarity with current pedagogical best practices and digital teaching tools.
