We are urgently looking for a Sales Support Personnel to join the Customer Experience Department. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, attentive, and ready to support the team in delivering exceptional service during a high-demand period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support to customers


• Assist with handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback


• Support the CX team in daily operations


•  Ensure seamless communication between sales and customer experience functions

Requirements:

• HND, or BSc in any field


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities


• Must be presentable, reliable, and ready to resume immediately
