JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the MD/CEO, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, effective time management, and efficient coordination of business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.




  • Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time allocation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.



Strategic & Business Support




  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of financial reports or industry insights.

  • Support the MD/CEO in decision-making by gathering and summarizing criticalinformation.

  • Liaise with department heads and teams to ensure alignment on key business priorities.

  • Monitor and track key business initiatives, providing updates and feedback to the MD/CEO.

  • Administrative & Operational Efficiency

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerary planning.

  • Oversee special projects assigned by the MD/CEO.

  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing and record-keeping system.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations related to the MD/CEO’s office.



EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law,Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in handling confidential and high-level business matters.
