Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive business growth.


• Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to develop and execute commercial strategies.


• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability.


• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring robust financial governance.


• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve cost efficiency and optimize margins.


• Provide leadership to finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 12-15yrs experience in a senior financial leadership role (Big 4 experience is a plus).


• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies, driving growth, and profitability.


• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, capital markets, and risk management principles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and 


• effectively communicate complex financial information.


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.


• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA, ICAN/CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
