Responsibilities




  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Provide product information and guide customers on over-the-counter (OTC) options (under pharmacist supervision).

  • Process cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.

  • Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and well-organized.

  • Monitor product expiry dates and assist in inventory control.

  • Handle customer inquiries in-store, via phone, or online channels.

  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Support merchandising and promotional activities.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Honest, punctual, and dependable.

  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
