Job Overview:
Provide strategic leadership to the HR and Admin functions by developing and implementing policies that align with the company's goals. Lead the HR team to foster a productive, inclusive workplace and drive organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business goals through effective HR management.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to HR and administrative staff.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development programs.
- Implement and monitor learning and development initiatives using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Establish KPIS to measure employee satisfaction, retention rates, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Lead organisational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Resolve employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and provide counselling.
- Develop and monitor HR budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll, benefits, and compensation management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office 365, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training management.
- CIPM membership is required.
- Salary: ₦500,000 gross per month (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
