Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Fishbone Analysis, Gantt Charts


• Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure optimal machinery performance


• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools (e.g., CAT ET)


• Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and failures


• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineering staff


• Supervise teams and manage maintenance operations effectively

Qualifications

• 
  

  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Engineering background mandatory)

  
  

Experience:

• 5–7 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Good Manufacturing Companies


• Relevant exposure to Cat-brand equipment, trucks, payloaders, and forklifts

Other Requirements:

• Preferred Gender / Age: Male, 35–40 years


• Language & Skills: Fluent in English, strong MS Excel, knowledge of fleet/service management solutions
