We are looking for a talented and conceptually strong Mid-Level Art Director with a keen eye for design and a passion for motion graphics, moving pictures, and animation.
The ideal candidate will bring visual storytelling to life across static and motion formats while collaborating with creative teams to deliver work that elevates brand presence and engagement.
This is a hybrid role, requiring physical presence at the office only twice a month.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead creative direction for both static and animated content across various platforms (digital, social, video, and print).
Create compelling motion graphics, animated visuals, and moving pictures for campaigns and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and marketers to bring ideas to life.
Supervise and mentor junior designers and motion artists to maintain visual quality and consistency.
Translate creative briefs into innovative design executions that align with brand and campaign goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Keep up with design, animation, and multimedia trends to maintain a fresh, competitive creative output.
Review and approve final design materials and animations for accuracy and brand alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in art direction or a senior design/motion role.
Strong portfolio showcasing both static visuals and motion/animated content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling through motion.
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a hybrid work environment.
