We're a multifaceted entertainment and marketing platform that helps connect brands to new and existing markets through a versatile comedy channel, informative content and a robust online media presence.
We currently seek an individual passionate about Client Relationship to implement communication strategies that further our goals, promote our brand and deliver commendable customer experience.
Key responsibilities include;
- Act as the first point of contact clients’ enquiries.
- Support in developing avenues to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Support in the development and implementation of effective communication strategy.
- Manage client/sales records and other vital data.
- Support in creating sales pitches, developing clear and compelling written proposal/quotations for current and prospective clients.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Maintain and expand the company’s customer base.
Qualification / Experience;
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship Mgt.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and skilled in Digital Marketing.
