Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Cloud Intern located in Lekki, with some work-from-home flexibility.


• The IT Cloud Intern will assist in managing cloud infrastructure, perform network administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure network security.


• Additionally, the intern will provide excellent customer service support to our clients and help in deploying IT solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.


• This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work with leading technology partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Network Administration and Network Security


• Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting


• Strong Customer Service skills


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Prior experience or internships in IT or cloud services is beneficial


• A degree or in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
