Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Progress 4GL, OpenEdge, and ABL.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and enhance application features.


• Optimize applications for high performance, speed, and scalability.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.


• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and perform testing.


• Prepare technical documentation and deliver user training when required.


• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using OpenEdge reporting tools.


• Perform ETL operations to extract, transform, and load data from OpenEdge databases for reporting.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in Progress application development.


• Proficient in Progress 4GL, OpenEdge, and ABL.


• Strong experience with relational databases and SQL.


• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.


• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
