  • Prospect for new business opportunities by conducting site visits, engaging potential customers, and staying informed about competitive and relevant market offerings to generate leads and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare offers for non-standard products by sharing required details, reviewing and refining proposals, and obtaining necessary approvals before presenting them to customers.

  • Respond to complex technical inquiries and bid requests by providing detailed technical documentation, working with relevant commercial and technical departments to cover all aspects of the bid, and maximizing the chances of winning contracts.

  • Determine appropriate pricing for customers based on their portfolio, referencing approved price lists provided by the Sales Manager to prevent pricing discrepancies and ensure consistency in sales transactions.

  • Build strong relationships with customers by maintaining open communication, addressing inquiries promptly, and demonstrating a commitment to understanding and supporting their needs to foster trust and enhance both sales and after-sales support.
