Job Description

• The IT & Digital Innovations Lead is responsible for managing the organization’s technology infrastructure and driving digital transformation to improve efficiency, data management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.


• Identify and implement digital tools to support programs and operations.


• Maintain the website, CRM systems, and digital platforms.


• Train staff on technology use and ensure tech support.


• Lead innovation projects that enhance digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.


• 4+ years of experience in IT management or digital transformation.


• Strong knowledge of nonprofit tech needs and digital tools.


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to train non-technical users.
