Job Summary
- Renda is a leading logistics and mobility technology company dedicated to delivering innovative, scalable solutions that empower businesses and operators across emerging markets. Our SCALE product focuses on Value-Added Services (VAS) such as health insurance, CNG conversion, vehicle insurance, vehicle papers renewal, spare parts, repairs, and credit.
- As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Value-Added Services (VAS) Operations Manager to lead and expand our VAS business line, ensuring seamless service delivery, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Renda’s VAS offerings, including CNG conversion, health insurance, vehicle insurance, repairs, spare parts, and gasoline services.
- Identify market opportunities and design innovative VAS solutions that enhance customer value and business sustainability.
- Establish pricing models and revenue strategies to drive profitability.
Partner & Vendor Management:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurance providers, auto repair shops, CNG conversion companies, fuel suppliers, and spare parts vendors.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Operations & Service Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of VAS services, ensuring seamless customer experience and service fulfillment.
- Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Operations) to digitize and automate service delivery where possible.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient VAS execution.
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive adoption of VAS services among existing and new customers.
- Develop sales enablement materials to educate customers and partners on the benefits of Renda’s VAS offerings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create tailored VAS packages that address different customer segments.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance metrics, including VAS revenue, customer adoption, vendor performance, and service delivery efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the performance and impact of VAS services.
- Continuously refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or vendor management, preferably in logistics, automotive services, insurance, or mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or tech-driven companies preferred).
