The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Field Enumerators will support the collection of reliable, high-quality data from project participants and stakeholders in Aba, Abia State.
Responsibilities
Participate in training and orientation on MEL tools and data collection protocols.
Conduct structured interviews using digital tools (e.g., KoBoToolbox, ODK).
Administer questionnaires to program participants and community members.
Conduct key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) where required.
Ensure that the routine data collected is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Report challenges or ethical concerns encountered during fieldwork.
Maintain participant confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding protocols.
Provide daily updates and submit completed tools to the MEL Supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/NCE; a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in field data collection for research or development projects.
Proficiency with digital data collection tools.
Fluency in English and Igbo.
Residency in Aba or its environs is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical data collection and safeguarding.
