We are seeking a capable and efficient Sales Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey, ensuring professional and prompt responses to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages across all platforms promptly and professionally
- Track and manage customer journey from inquiry to purchase, exchange, or refund
- Resolve customer issues with confidence and empathy
- Maintain under-5-minute response time in line with SLA
- Recommend suitable products and upsell to boost daily sales
- Collaborate with fulfillment and delivery teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- A university degree
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an added advantage
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong memory and attentiveness to customer preferences
