The position




  • We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and curious Insights Manager to join our Data team. This role is at the intersection of market research, experimentation, and business intelligence, helping us understand customers and unlock opportunities that drive strategic decisions and business growth. You’ll work with teams across the company from product and marketing to sales and risk—designing A/B tests, conducting exploratory data analysis, and delivering insights that drive action.

  • This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working with data, telling compelling stories, influencing stakeholders, and taking initiative in a fast-paced fintech environment.



In this role, you will




  • conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to support product launches and customer segmentation.

  • design and run experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to optimize growth, engagement, and retention.

  • perform in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDAs) to surface actionable insights and generate hypotheses.

  • create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI

  • translate complex data into simple, compelling stories and recommendations for cross-functional teams and executives.

  • collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to define KPIs and identify business opportunities.

  • stay on top of fintech, digital lending, and behavioural analytics trends to bring fresh thinking into our strategies.



We are looking for people with




  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Research, or related field.

  • 5+ years in an insights, data analyst, growth analyst, or research role—ideally in fintech or digital financial services.

  • Strong experience with SQL, Python or R for data analysis and modelling.

  • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and data storytelling tools.

  • Familiarity with survey platforms and A/B testing tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills—you can explain data to non-technical audiences.
