Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that align with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure business strategy is understood and supported by robust IT strategy.

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure innovation initiatives align with strategic objectives.

  • Ensure architecture is robust, scalable, and meets evolving business needs.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging creative thinking.

  • Analyze business and operating models, market trends, and technology industry to determine their impact on the enterprise's strategy.

  • Assess the organization's readiness to change and innovate.

  • Present gap analysis and IT investment roadmaps to reflect the status of the existing IT estate.

  • Lead analysis to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions.

  • Ensure the core EA team works closely with extended EA members across the organization.

  • Ensure the role of EA in project and product governance is guidance, advice, and oversight.

  • Create architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development.

  • Contribute to the maturing of the enterprise architecture practice into a center of excellence.

  • Participate in industry forums to represent the business and harness standardization.

  • Provide consultative advice to business leaders with actionable recommendations for investment decisions.

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of tech support, professional services, managed services, and BPO domains.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 12 years' experience as an Architect in a dynamic business environment with 5 years of relevant operations experience.

  • Proven experience in leading transformation projects.

  • Proficiency in hands-on prototyping and experimentation with emerging technologies.

  • Deep understanding of AI trends and technologies.

  • Strong strategic thinking and alignment abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Critical thinking and challenger mentality.

  • Proficiency in spotting business opportunities.

  • Technology enthusiasm and a zest for learning.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
