JOB OBJECTIVE: 

•   A power and Utility officer evaluate, assemble, test and maintain electrical systems, troubleshoot and identify potential fault for immediate resolution, able to read and interpret electrical diagram/schematics.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of utility systems.


• Operate hand and power equipment to complete tasks


• Assist with the installation of new utility systems


• Quick response to emergency situations, such as power outages


• Perform regular inspections of utility systems to identify potential issues


• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used


• Supervise vendors to carry out their maintenance


• Consistence visit and maintain all POP assigned


• Accurate records of all expenses carried out in all assigned POP


• Making early requisition for diesel and light bills/unit card


• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines


• Operating hand and power tools and fault-testing equipment

Education:

• B.Sc, HND or ND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Experience:

• 3-4 years
