• The successful candidate will apply their expertise in networking, fiber-optic technology, LAN solutions, voice communication systems, cloud platforms, modern networking protocols, and systems integration to design and implement scalable, secure solutions. Your role will ensure FiberOne’s offerings align with customer needs and evolving technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and quality standards.


• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., network engineers, operations) and external stakeholders for seamless execution.


• Stay updated on emerging network technologies, protocols, and industry trends to identify opportunities for new product offerings or solution enhancements.


• Guide the development of innovative enterprise solutions incorporating voice, cloud, hybrid networks, and advanced IT systems.


• Perform audits and optimize deployed network solutions to ensure reliability and performance


• Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving WAN, LAN, and hybrid cloud architectures


• Train internal teams and external partners on FiberOne’s enterprise solutions and evolving technologies


• Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical support materials


• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory and security standards


• Integrate redundancy and failover mechanisms to meet high availability requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.


• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.


• Minimum of 5 years in a technical or solution architect role within the ISP, telecom, or IT sector.


• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex enterprise network solutions.
