Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain talent.

• Oversee performance appraisal systems and recommend appropriate action plans.

• Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, including managing staff benefits.


• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.


• Monitor workplace safety and employee well-being initiatives.


• Provide strategic input to management on organizational development and HR best practices.
