JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES

To ensure that the production process is continuous by packing good quality and right quantity of product into a case.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

• Ensure that all finished products are neatly packed according to the required procedure.


• Ensure that the right carton is used always.


• Ensure that all defective products are sent back through the recycling section.


• Maintain a clean environment.


• Ensure that the correct quantity/quality of products are packed into the carton at all Times.


• Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department or Food Safety Team Leader.


• Any other jobs assigned by superior.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of Secondary School Certificate.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Ability to learn fast.


• Quality assurance/ quality control auditing.
