Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Management Trainee. 

  • This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 

  • As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the team to gain a deep understanding of the firm's operations, learn the fundamentals of the business, and contribute to the company's growth and success.



Key Responsibilities




  • Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business and contribute to team goals.

  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring, to develop leadership and management competencies.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.



Qualifications




  • BSc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing or other related fields with a minimum of Second Class Upper

  • Fresh Graduates looking to enroll for NYSC in 2025

  • Final year examination results must be out

  • NYSC corper, fresh out of camp posted to Lagos and looking for PPA in Lagos

  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
