Job Summary




  • The Sales Operations Advisor provides analysis and case support on sub-territories.



Responsibilities



Sales Strategy




  • Executes specific pieces of an overall strategy analysis with finite deliverables



Program Support/Implementation




  • Participates in cross-functional projects by taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables



Reporting and Analytics




  • Collects data and supports standard reporting cycles in standard formats on daily, weekly, or monthly basis

  • Executes ad-hoc analysis as needed with close supervision or support from others



Process Improvement




  • Executes department, sub-territory, or smaller territories, or Rep process improvements

  • Supports team members and other internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on basic system integration/upgrade projects



Sales Operations Support




  • Handles standard cases submitted by sales ops or sales reps in an efficient manner



Qualifications




  • 1-3 years' relevant experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required
