Job Description




  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our elevator business growth. 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, meeting defined sales target, creating and building customer relationships.



Duties & Responsibilities




  • Implement sales strategy as set by the GM of elevators and escalators

  • Manage the relationship with the allocated customer base and satisfy their requirements

  • Look for new opportunities within the elevator and escalator business.

  • Collect market information and conduct competitor analysis including product and price comparisons

  • Generate reports as required and maintain " actual vs. budget" sales performance data.

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies, sales programs, efforts, and events including goal setting.

  • Follow up on payments and projects progress with internal stakeholders.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. with

  • Min of 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
