Responsibilities

• Will oversee the operations of multiple Retail stores in the Eastern Region of Nigeria, but based in Warri.


• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, data analysis, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and being able to work in stressful situations are essential.


• Monitor and confirm inventory records, Working with other departments to ensure that the inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.


• Regular Stock taking, Audit reporting, Receiving of goods, Distribution of goods to various locations.


• Stock reconciliation, solving problems and issues: missing items or stock count upon delivery.


• Requests for stock items to be sent out to stores


• Price verifications, update and corrections of stock quantity and prices


• Report of damaged or missing goods


• Work with colleagues to attendto customers, stock taking, store keeping, receiving goods, displaying goods, restocking, selling items using stores computer software, daily accounting of sales, reconciliation, marketing etc.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification HND, BSc.


• Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Point of sales software, and use of POS machines. Use of Excel, Word and Emails. Quickbooks.


• Female Only with 4 years experience.
