We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSocial Media Personnel to lead and elevate our brand's presence across social platforms.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a high-impact social media strategy that supports business goals, strengthens community engagement, and enhances brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of platform best practices, trends, and social storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.
Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Oversee and refine brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, PR, customer service, product teams) to support campaign goals and brand initiatives.
Identify trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Manage social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with the paid media team.
Lead crisis communication efforts on social media when necessary.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and content partners to boost reach and credibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5 - 8 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, native platform insights).
Deep understanding of the nuances of each major social platform.
Experience with influencer partnerships and paid social media strategy is a plus.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
