Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Personnel to lead and elevate our brand's presence across social platforms. 

  • This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a high-impact social media strategy that supports business goals, strengthens community engagement, and enhances brand visibility. 

  • The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of platform best practices, trends, and social storytelling.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.

  • Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

  • Oversee and refine brand voice and messaging across all social channels.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, PR, customer service, product teams) to support campaign goals and brand initiatives.

  • Identify trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep the company ahead of the curve.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with the paid media team.

  • Lead crisis communication efforts on social media when necessary.

  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and content partners to boost reach and credibility.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, native platform insights).

  • Deep understanding of the nuances of each major social platform.

  • Experience with influencer partnerships and paid social media strategy is a plus.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Preferred Skills:




  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
