Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a National Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing would be an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling FMCG, health or wellness products would be highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer preferences in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and negotiate sales.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch and close sales deals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and merchandising in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple store locations, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical and professional conduct, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all business dealings.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of local languages spoken in Nigeria would be an advantage.
Valid Driver's License:
- A valid driver's license is required for this role, as it may involve regular travel within Nigeria to meet with clients and attend sales meetings.
