Requirements

Education and Qualifications:




  • Minimum of a National Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing would be an advantage.



Experience:




  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in selling FMCG, health or wellness products would be highly desirable.



Knowledge and Skills:




  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer preferences in the health and wellness industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and negotiate sales.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch and close sales deals.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Skills:




  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Knowledge of local languages spoken in Nigeria would be an advantage.



Valid Driver's License:




  • A valid driver's license is required for this role, as it may involve regular travel within Nigeria to meet with clients and attend sales meetings.
